Hi,

Please provide the process on how SSS handle their customer relations.

1. Their email for complaints are inactive
2. They don't have a decent hotline. Their hotline will only redirect you to an FAQ page
3. The personnel handling the processing of UMID cards are of no help, they don't understand your concern. My current concern is pending with them for over a year now. Please advise if this is acceptable.
