Hi I would like to request for a copy of SSS Circular No. 3 (6 Sep 1957) and Circular No. 7 (17 Oct 1957).

These circulars are mentioned in Section 3 of the Implementing Rules of the SSS law, to wit:

"Section 3. Multiple Employers. – The guidelines on the collection and remittance of employee’s and employer’s monthly contributions where an employee receives regular or variable compensation from more than one employer shall continue to apply, subject to Section 33 of the Social Security Act of 2018. [Circular No. 3 (6 Sep 1957) and Circular No. 7 (17 Oct 1957)]"
