Good morning I just need to know on where exactly my cheque is and the reason why it is not yet delivered, as per my understanding it should already be on our local post office here in Valenzuela City, please help me on this as Im really expecting to get the cheque to avoid further complication about my bills and arrears, thank you so much!!

Good morning, I just need to ask if my SSS CALAMITY LOAN CHEQUE is already released and forwarded to my local post office here at VALENZUELA CITY, RAKKIE ZAMIEL PENOL is my name, was expecting that cheque should already be received by me as of 07/17/2020. Thank you so much!!

You asked for CHEQUE SSS CALAMITY LOAN.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.

Please be informed that due to strict quarantine restrictions during the time of your query, loan checks are delivered later than usual.

For other SSS concerns, please send your query through https://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may also reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review
