Hi, good day! I already have an SSS account and would like to apply for online application. I was there already at the portal and was also able to fill in all the needed / required information. The details I provided was just the same to the details in the E1 form which I submitted back when I process my SSS account. Now, I've been trying to submit and trying other things but can't seem to access it and still unsucessful. The system generated message keeps on sending me emails everytime I try, that the information I've provided doesn't match the information in my SSS records.
