This is to respectfully request for re-computation of my Calamity Loan payment that was deducted from my Salary Loan Proceeds on August 24, 2021, supposed to offset my outstanding Calamity Loan Balance. However, said payment/offsetting was not posted to my Calamity Loan account, hence, its balance remains outstanding up to date while continuously incurring interest.
