This pertains to my previous request with tracking number SSS-076388090551.

I am fully aware that those information I am requesting were available online. I do actually have an account and I could easily monitor my contributions including update with my salary loan.

I am requesting that you further assist me because upon checking online, my contribution for Jan2021 was not posted and my payment for salary loan isn't updated as well.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
