Hi,

Kailan kopo marereceive yung loan?  It was approved by SSS on July 24, 2021. Until now, hindi pa nacredit sa enrolled disbursement account kopo. 

Hoping for your assistance on this.

You asked for SSS Salary Loan.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.  Please allow time for the disbursement of your loan. You may check the status by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email has also been sent to your registered email address. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
