I applied for my SSS Unemployment Benefits last Janaury 6, 2021 and got approved by January 8, 2021. Last week Monday I got an email from SSS informing me my Dismbursement Bank Account was invalid, my Pay Maya account was upgraded so I dont understand why it was invalid. As per there instruction I changed my bank account thru DBP Cash Padala M Lhuillier and should get an email after 3 days from SSS until now I haven’t received anything. Furthermore DBP sent an email last Tuesday that they haven’t received yet an instruction from SSS regarding my UB.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your enrolment has also been sent to your registered email address.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
