I would like to make a follow up regarding my calamity loan proceeds. According to SSS online website I have been approved for calamity loan and disbursement has been done thru my UNIONBANK atm. Processed date indicated 06/25/2020. SSS even indicated my first monthly amortization already. However up until now July 13 I have not receive anything on my UNIONBANK account. Please help me. Thank you.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.
