Dear Sir/Madame 

I, Maria Isabel Cayaban Alcarez, with SSS Number: 34-5531182-0 has made a payment last October 23, 2023 at aroun 10:08 AM for my SS Contribution of the month of October 2023. The PRN generated SJ231565528097 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 656 . The GCASH payment reference number was 314620705 . 

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution for October 2023
