Gusto ko po sana itanong ano po mga requirements kong mag aapply ng PLP sa SSS ang aking ina, pensioner po siya. Noong namatay po ang aking ama noong 2016 siya po ay nagpepension sa SSS. Nalaman ko po na puwede sila magloan sa SSS po. Meron po bang mga onlie form na pipirmahan para po nakaready na mga papeles niya pagdating sa SSS po. Salamat po.
