Good day,

I would like to ask, what are the possible reasons for SSS to reject EC/SS Sickness Claim if you have submitted all of the needed documents. Please do also take note of the following.

1. Employer is the one who filed the Sickness Claim.
2. All of the needed documents are provided.
3. RT-PCR are taken from the same facility.
4. RT-PCR result are provided by the same facility
5. The Employer filed other Sickness Claims for their employee one of the employee is rejected while the other are approved but documents are provided by the same facility same type of documents are submitted.
