i would like to ask the approval of my Ec sickness benefits, it has been rejected four times but the sss sickness has been approved and settled but the EC benefits still rejected for the 4th times of refiling

there is no master report due to the alteration of contract and illegal recruitement . therefore the company cant issue that due the dispute and pending case i filed on dmw and nlrc; they cannot issue also that certification from employer but i have some proof that it was considered work related because they shouldered all the medical expenses, airfare, they provide a sickness allowance coverde for 4 months of my basic salary as as mandated on poea terms and condition of sick and injured seafarer, and event the reimbursement of my travel expenses aduring my medication, so therefore it was clearly concluded that it was work related, and there is no PEME because they deploy me urgently without medical fit to work and they deducted to my salary 50dollar as compensation for that fit to work PEME.

kindly accept my application on walkin so that i can showed up all the documents i have to comply the requirement you needed for medical evaluation.. i am asking for consideration on all the documents i have just to support my future medication and treatment
