Dear SSS,

I would like to ask if I can claim something from SSS because I am covid positive? I am a government employee but I am religiously paying my contributions to SSS voluntarily.

If yes, may I request a checklist of requirements  and procedure of claiming.

You may check your eligibility and apply for Sickness Claim Benefit using your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph. For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
