I would like to follow up on the issues I have escalated to SSS regarding the following:

1. Membership Status
> In my SSS online account, it shows that i cannot register due to my current member status.

2. No Date of Coverage
> When i tried to register to at the SSS website, it shows that there is no date of coverage indicated in my account.
