Magandang araw po,
Gusto ko lang po sana malaman ang status ng aking account para sa SBWS submitted by my employer, Lendell Outsourcing Solutions Inc. since wala po silang maibigay na any update or proof ng status ko regarding with SBWS.
Ako po ay “No work, No pay”  pero karamihan po sa officemates ko who are in “Work From Home” status ay na-grant at nakakuha po ng 1st and 2nd tranche.
 
For follow up lang po sana.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the SBWS Program is no longer offered. However, if you still have concerns regarding the program, please direct your queries through the SSS hotline at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
