Hi, I would like to know what does this mean DISBURSEMENT THRU THE BANK - G? I check the status of my Calamity Loan online thru you members portal. And I wanted to know if when they will credit my Calamity Loan to my bank account?

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.  You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. An email has also ben sent to your registered email address. Loan proceeds will be credited to your enrolled bank account in the Disbursement Account Enrollment Module. For more details, you may also visit crms.sss.gov.ph.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
