Hi!

I received an email last December 05, 2023 that my SSS Maternity Benefit Application has been rejected by SSS. On December 06, 2023 I resubmitted the requirements that I lack from my first application and got an email on the same date that I successfully resubmitted my second Maternity Benefits Application. But now its already December 18, 2023 and I still did not receive any email regarding my application. How come it took a very long time for me to receive another email on the status of my application when usually it only takes 3 to 6 days to know the status of my benefits application.

To know the status of your maternity benefit, you may visit and register in our My.SSS Portal at www.sss.gov.ph.

For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph.

We also want to take this opportunity to remind you to be vigilant and refrain from displaying personal data on public platforms as this may be used in fraudulent activities.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to SSS President and CEO Rolando Ledesma Macasaet at opceo@sss.gov.ph.
