Hello, it's a good day!

I just have an inquiry regarding about Covid-19 ecc benefit. I am a new member of SSS, I recently started in April and that is my first job, I already paid a month of sss contribution, I have a colleague at work that got positive on Covid-19 and I am a close contact. Last monday, I undergo a RT-PCR test and it turned out to be positive as well. I was just wondering if I can get the benefit for people who will be positive for covid-19, I saw it on the news. Thank you so much for your help!

We do not have Covid Benefits. You may avail of our sickness benefits, eligibility qualifications will apply. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
