Good Day Ma'am/Sir, 

I am Roderick T. Inong with SSS Number 09-1505703-8 had made payment last January 30, 2024 around 3:25pm for my SSS contribution for the month of December 2023. The PRN generated VA241656779878 was paid via GCASH through the mobile app amounting to P 638.00 including transaction fee (630+8). The GCASH payment reference number was 054265800.

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS contribution for December 2023.
