Hi saw on my sss portal today that I had a calamity loan covid 19.  Dated of disbursement was July 11 2020, but I didnt recieved any amount about calamity loan and as per details it was disbursed on my union bank but when I checked my statement bank acct.  There's nothing disbursed on that day or that month saying that it's from sss or calamity loan . I want to know what happened and why I have to pay the loan that I didn't receive.  Hoping to fixed this problem. Thank you.
