Im an OFW and will go on april 14, 2021 thats why i need to followup my sss loan proceeds crediting to my bank, as per information the loan will credited to bank account to 2 banking days but until now its not credited. I dont know where i could followup this, because on may 1 i will start to pay the amortization.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email has also been sent to your registered email address. 

Your right to request a review
