Hi good day,

I have an sss acct registered in 2014 a year ago after Yolanda typhoon when we evacuated here in luzon at Clark pampanga where I got my first job and where I register my sss account number but unfortunately I forgot the sim number use in registering it and the email address so I want to change the information so that I can update the deduction thru my payroll up to now. Please help me with this matter thank you and godbless.
