Good day!

I Ma. Rina Mae B. Prudente, 24 years old an SSS contributor, humbly like to request for financial assistance in order to sustain my daily needs when I was quarantine for testing positive in Covid-19. Due to that, I was not able to work and can't provide for my needs.

And I would like to follow up again my cash assistance that I didn't receive last year. 

Really hoping that you could help me.
It would be a big help.
