Good Day! 
Mam/Sir i am Ma. Harrisa Cristine S. Lucenia my SSS no. is 34-0038780-9 i just want to ask regarding on my unemployment benefit online application, my first filed is rejected due to typo error on my dole certification (POLO) that released on me instead of my last seperation date is April 02,2020 they input April 02,2021 so  i request another certification on DOLE. i am thankful that they give me another certificate because of the error is on they part. now after i received the new certification i filed  unemployment benefit online how come that i cannot file my online unemployment b
