Hi! Would like to know how can I avail of any sickness benefits or assistance due to have been tested positive of Covid19 not only myself but my wife and 3 of my kids as well. My eldest son who's 12 years old got tested positive with Antigen on Oct 13 2021. I forgot to mention that my Mom as well because I accompanied them to the San Bartolome testing facility, right then and there, they were tested positive, prior that we were already not feeling well, my son's cough was really persistent for 2 weeks, even though medications have been prescribed by doctors and administered already. Filing of SSS sickness benefit is done online by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website, subject to qualifications and eligibility. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

I have checked my SSS online account. No option there to submit any sickness benefit or sickness notification
