Hi. I would like to follow up on the status of my salary loan that is not yet credited on my bank account. I already received a confirmation last 02/07 that it was approved however I haven’t receive it yet.

I’m sorry. i checked my bank account just now and I may have missed it. But it seems like there’s a credited amount of three thousand but the loan amount that I applied for is twenty thousand and I received an email that it was approved. Can I get an explanation please. Thanks.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your enrolment has also been sent to your registered email address.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
