Good day. I am requesting your assistance to check the status of my calamity loan check. It has been approved and generated as shown on the SSS website for more than a month now and I still haven't received any. May I know where it has been? Does it normally take almost 2 months to receive? Appreciate any help.

We were able to determine that this information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. An email has also ben sent to your registered email address.
