Good day,

I have a SSS Online Account but I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I also forgot my password in the email account that I used in registering in My.SSS.

May I request that my email address be replaced with alfonsotanlim@gmail.com which is my active email as of date.

Here are my details relevant to this purpose:

To address your concern, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph.
