Dear Sir/Madam:

Good day!

I am writing this email to ask for your assistance regarding the SSS accounts of my parents, I wanna know how much we need to settle as they both have unpaid loans. We wanna avail the SSS Condonation Program.

 We are instructed that all transactions must be through online, 
 given this I registered them to the SSS website.
Unfortunately, the SSS web notified  that the registration was unsuccessful due to both mobile numbers are not yet registered in SSS. 

Here are my parents details:
Nostriano Coleto, SSS No: 08-0571922-4
Amalia Coleto, SS No: 03-8568814-7

Dear Sir/Madam,

As you've instructed, I've already emailed in the given email address but there's no response yet as of today.

I've even went to SSS San Pedro Branch (Galleria South) countless times to request the update of the contact information of both my parents as they are already senior citizen. But unfortunately until now I cant register them online. Its been 2 weeks since their advise that the system is down.  Hope you understand my frustration as the transportation expense and time is also important to us. 

May I humbly request your assistance regarding this matter. I wanna settle their unpaid loans but without them being registered online through your SSS website would not be possible. Kindly help us to also avail the condonation program.
