i would like to seek help for your agency i submitted my ecc claim to my employer last sept 2021. It was approved in your system and for payment processing by feb 7 2022. Last March 29, 2022 you have rejected my claim stating the i have multiple daem and refile it through my employer. Claim ref number: ECMO0052022020717305. Now the refile the claim with ref number SNEW427202203313318. This was a bit confusing why is the reason to reject the claim if it has 2 daem. Also it seems that i will be again go back from thw start of the claim process? Hope someone can assist me on my request.
