Good day i would like to clarify what document is showing discrepancy on my unemployment benefit claim? The email you sent me did not specify the exact information. I've sent the same documents that my employer sent me along with the DOLE involuntarily separation certificate. I've contributed for 5 yrs straight from my previous employer i'm sure i'm qualified.my colleagues has the same document we have been separated last May 24,2020 but their request has been granted.Please assist me im still jobless up to this point due to the pandemic its hard to find work.

received an email from SSS today my application has been rejected again for the 2nd time .Filed another application today sending the same documents coming from DOLE and my previous employer.
