Hi, I would like to follow up and request to cancel my approved salary Loan. Reason why it should be cancelled because the disbursement bank  where the loan amount should be credited was closed. There's no option to open back the account. The salary loan was approved 30th of March and the SSS pasig branch said that the cancellation process should be automated but until now my salary loan is still active. Please do your part SSS or at least provide an alternative solution for this error. Thank you
