Hi SSS,

May I please request my copies:

1. SSS record copies for Kyle Ohagan for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Im not sure which document, can you just provide any document that contains my full name "Kyle Ohagan", my employer names throughout 2012 to 2019? These are required on the document 
2. It should be scanned coloured copy
3. Please send to me on kyle.ohagan@yahoo.com You can use this to contact me privately.

Purpose: I am currently in Australia and I need SSS documents as these are requirements for me for applying Permanent Residency Visa here.
