Your FOI request is approved. You may view the table of contributions in your My.SSS account through the My.SSS Portal which can be accessed in SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph Thank you and stay safe.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
