Good day,

I have an SSS Online Account but I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I cannot retrieve my email address because Yahoo has already deactivated it.

May I request that my email address be replaced with efrenvillamor104@gmail.com which is my active email as of date.

Here are my relevant details:

Name: VILLAMOR, EFREN LEQUIN
Date of Birth: 10/20/1964
SS Number: 09-1271974-8

I’ve also attached two copies of my valid ID as proof of my identity to first email request which I sent to onlineserviceassistaince@sss.gov.ph on June 16, 2021.
