Hi I am reaching out to FOI and SSS on this, as I am having trouble getting/registration of my SSS online. It always return a name and Date Of Birth mismatch. meanwhile I have all along my SSS # 0425122686 and the email address used to register to get my UMID card.

Are you able to check what is my registered name on this. so that I can complete my online registration. Additional personal will be shared on email.
