Good day, do employees who are still on "leave with pay" can still file for ECC COVID claim? All sources just states that "employees who have contacted COVID19" can file for the claim. This statements leaves a vague interpretation to employees / employers as benefits such as SSS Sickness requires employees to have exhausted their leave balances first. 

Hoping for your clarification regarding the matter.


SSS does not offer any Cash Assistance Program to COVID-19 victims.
