I made a payment last December 28 , 2023 at around 10:06 AM for my SSS Contribution for the months of October, November & December 2023.
The PRN generated VI231539937915 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 6,308. The GCASH payment reference number was 407149995.
The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution for October, November & December 2023. I am hoping for the quick action from your good office. Thank you

I also paid my contribution twice on that October to December 2023 contibution unitentionally. Can it be refunded or it can be the payment for this 1st quarter of 2024 for January to March contributions?
