Hi! I’m a regular employee in a private company here in Pasig City. I would like to check if Covid Positive due to Close Contact to a Relative can also request for & avail of EC Claim as Covid Positive? It was last May 2021, my swab test was conducted late so I’m quarantined for May 1 to May 28,2021. If I can claim, what are the requirements needed?
