Dear Sir/Madame 

I, Jovi Rosette Garibay, with SSS Number: 34-2355308-9 has made a payment last September 24, 2022 at around 11:31 AM for my SS Contribution of the month of October 2022. The PRN generated OI221265056322 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 3,260. The GCASH payment reference number was 905665480. 

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my paymeny be posted in my SSS Contribution for October 2022
