Hi please help, just got my sss calamity loan check and was not able to encash since the name on it is incomplete, banks is not accepting my  check tried going to SSS branches but personnel assigned on check were not there as they are working skeletal and SSS cant provide specific date when they can possibly be there. Please help how can I encash the check
