Dear Sir/Madam

I made a payment last September 30, 2023 at around 10:33 AM for my SS Contribution for the months of July,August and September 2023.

The PRN generated OI231552638165 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 3,370. The GCASH payment reference number was 384432444.
The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution the months of July,August and September 2023.
