Hi I would like to follow up on my Salary Loan that has not been disbursed yet. 

My application was approved on April 12 but then I called SSS branch near me (Lipa) and was told that the money was sent on April 18 and advised to wait until today (May 2), exactly 2 weeks after the money was sent.

I just checked my account and it is still not there. I’m not sure how long I still need to wait. Please help.

My SSS number is  04-2789568-1.
