Hi. It's been almost 5 months since I gave my medical record as covid positive to our HR to process my sickness benefit claim. There was no feedback on their end and upon checking my sickness claim on SSS mobile app, there was none. It's been a long while waiting. May I know how can I ask for the update of my claim so I can get back to our HR to process my covid sickness claim? The sickness benefit is really a great help to me.
