Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to formally request the status of SSS' appeal on CPCS relative to the Job Grades (JGs) of the plantilla positions which demoralized many of our employees. Like for instance, JG7 qualifications are mostly with 2 years completion in college  who  will render "general" work on a routine basis (e.g., encoding, photocopying, filing and the like), but in reality, those JG7 qualifications are professionals or with civil service eligibility (2nd level), with a 4 year completion in college and some of us also took MA as our job is not as general as it may seem.
