My mother has an SSS account that was opened way back when she was in her early twenties. She no longer has the documents related to her SSS account, and she's now 53 yrs old in the current year (2022). She also has an unpaid salary loan way back in 1992 and is looking to pay for the loan through the condonation program but for her to do that, she's required to register online in MySSS. She has no other info at hand aside from her SSS number. How can she proceed with this? Does she have to make a new SSS account since her old SSS still indicates her as Single, and she's Married now. Pls help.
