Hi. Its been months since I applied for my SSS Loan and until now, I still didn't receive the cheque. I've been asking and calling SSS for the tracking no. but to no avail. Please help. Thanks.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by logging in to your My.SSS Account at member.sss.gov.ph. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab of the said portal.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
