Hello, I would like to follow up on my Sickness application that was submitted by my supplier on August 7,2023 6:58PM for my sickness on June 13, 2023.

It has been reported that the claim application was transmitted to the Medical Evaluation Center for their assessment and I will be notified via email once the claim has undergone evaluation by the Medical Specialist. However, as of today, I have not received any email notification.
