Good day, I 've tried to enroll a disbursement account for my Application for Sickness Benefit  but there is a known issue in website. I've tried multiple times to enroll an account but it keeps rejected for like 3 times or 4 as it states that proof of account and selfie is invalid and they ask me to reupload. When I'm about to try again resubmitting new requirement  click enroll button, I keep getting an error saying "connection was reset" I tried to do troubleshooting and all but the error still persists. It is an aggravating experience. I undergo a major operation and it really stressed me.
